Account Manager - Military Veterans

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client support and driving operational efficiency? Join Yardi as an Account Manager and become a key player in enhancing the resident experience for Yardi clients. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance and consultation to property managers, helping them optimize the use of our Resident Services by ResidentShield®. This comprehensive bundle includes essential services like renter's insurance, power plans, Wi-Fi, flexible rent payments, security deposit alternatives, and rent reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a liaison between Yardi clients, internal Yardi teams, and preferred resident services vendor partners
  • Actively monitor the performance of assigned properties and the implementation rate of available services
  • Perform system, business process, and other service reviews to optimize Resident Services practices and policies based on each client's business needs
  • Present analysis of product performance to leadership and key client stakeholders
  • Accurately document client activity and client outreach in the client relationship management (CRM) system
  • Coordinate end-user and executive level training
  • Determine if additional Resident Services products or services would benefit the client and further enhance the resident experience
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to best meet client needs, ensure a smooth workflow, and provide continuous service quality
  • Lead special projects related to product training and client support
  • Take the initiative to improve individual processes and knowledge to better serve the client
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two plus (2+) years of project or account management
  • Ability to travel up to ~25%
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with constant changes
  • Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate analysis to clients
  • Big picture focus while displaying a keen attention to detail
  • Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients
  • Client-centered commitment and focus
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of software interfaces
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • CRM proficiency
Helpful to have:
  • Prior experience in the real estate financial technologies industry (flexible rent, security deposit alternatives, rent reporting, rental rewards)
