Position Specific Description

This position will provide legal assistance/paralegal support functions for the company and to attorney members of the law department. The ideal candidate has commercial real estate and title knowledge. The ideal candidate has experience in either commercial or residential real estate, experience working with Title companies and 2+ years experience.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Preparation of real estate agreements,


• Review of documents for real estate acquisitions,


• Review of title documents and surveys, project finance and file maintenance


• Performs independent legal research.

Under limited supervision:

• Drafts and edits legal documents based on edits and input from corporate attorneys


• Participates in special projects or activities related to the legal discipline being supported


• Performs legal and transaction related research


• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
