Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan Schools Accounting Group in Cambridge, MA is seeking candidates to be hired at the assistant professor level; under special circumstances, however, an untenured associate or senior faculty appointment is possible, commensurate with experience, effective July 1, 2025, or as soon thereafter as possible. We stress high research potential or achievement; faculty responsibilities include conducting original scholarly research in accounting or related topics, teaching introductory accounting as well as more specialized courses in accounting and related topics at the graduate and undergraduate level. Applicants must possess a PhD in Accounting or a related field by the start of employment. Applications must include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and three letters of recommendation.
