Rental Fleet Coordinator - Military Veterans

Position Summary:

The Rental Fleet Coordinator is responsible for units not gaining revenue by focusing on Cycle Time and Dead Line Reports.

Major Responsibilities:

• Review estimates supplied by internal Penske Truck Collision centers



• Document cost-saving activities and report out monthly



• Conduct daily audit of accident-related Repair Orders



• Work with field facing Penske locations to ensure the accident reporting process is being followed



• Collaborate with Remarketing on asset disposal strategies



• Sub and Deadline Reports-Monitor report for all units down in Accident status

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required



• 2 years of related field rental/service experience required



• Must have strong knowledge of truck body components



• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite



• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal



• Ability to build relationships with corporate and field associates



• Strong negotiation skills required



• Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.



• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job



• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
