Description: The project manager supports the Transformation Office through developing and managing new projects focused on increasing student enrollment and student success, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving the socio-mobility of graduates; advising department project leads within the functional areas of Facilities, Enrollment Management, the Office of Career Services, the Extended Campus, and the Stakeholder Experience; creating project plans including the overall scope; selecting, organizing, and coordinating the project team; creating the project budget; managing the project execution; assessing and managing risk; taking responsibility for project time management; assessing progress against key performance indicators; ensuring quality of project deliverables; reporting to all stakeholders; managing the closing of the project. Primary Function of Organizational Unit: North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. A&T) is an 1890 land-grant doctoral research university dedicated to learning, discovery, and community engagement. It is the largest historically black college or university ( HBCU ) in the nation and its enrollment exceeds 13,800 students, approximately 1500 of whom are graduate students.
