Job Summary and Qualifications

The Trainer delivers educational programs for all staff. 

 What you will do in this role: 

• Apply adult learning concepts when delivering educational programs. 
• Teach classes and assist other instructors in a classroom and work setting. 
• Utilize available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes. 
• Conduct ongoing training for existing staff Including FDCPA, FCRA and all applicable laws. 
• Gather and log documentation of training completion as required. 
• Conduct basic telephone debt collector training. 
• Assist in performing an annual education needs assessment as input to the strategic education program. 
• Utilize a training database to track competencies and skills for all Parallon Staff. 
• Provide training reports to Parallon managers and directors. 
• Develop, design, and produce training material as needed. 

Qualifications you will need: 

• Equivalent work experience may substitute degree preference. 
• Bachelor’s Training and Development Preferred. 
• Minimum 1 -3 years training experience.  
• 3 + year of Business Office, Healthcare, and/or Training experience. Management experience a plus. Training administration and/or development a plus. 
• Strong facilitation skills
• Experience with EHR/HIS systems specifically Meditech
• Work from home roles require employees must have high speed internet 60 MB download and 10 MB upload.
