Drywall Repair Technician - Military Veterans

Job Description

As a Drywall Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring drywall surfaces to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. Your duties will include patching holes, repairing cracks, and ensuring a smooth, flawless finish ready for painting or other finishing work.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform drywall repairs, including patching holes and repairing cracks
  • Smooth and sand surfaces to ensure a seamless finish
  • Prepare drywall for painting or other finishing processes
  • Install and tape new drywall as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in drywall repair or a related field
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
