Online Student Success Coordinator | University of Idaho - Military Veterans

This position's duties may include: Assist with CBE Distance Education recruitment efforts Support new student registration by conducting learning preparedness assessments to gauge online program readiness and assist with new student orientation as requested Provide effective academic support by using a consultative advising approach, building friendly, professional relationships with new and returning students from first term through to graduation, and providing administrative and customer support in the areas of registration, course selection, and progress toward degree completion Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student engagement and retention in CBE distance education programs Serve as a liaison between students and various university departments to ensure a seamless academic experience Maintain accurate student records and assist with data analysis and reporting related to student success metrics Stay updated on best practices in online education and contribute to the continuous improvement of CBE distance education programs Assist the Director of Distance Education in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program quality and student satisfaction Other duties as assigned
