Job Summary and Qualifications

Under general supervision, provides all services required as a therapist in a psychiatric partial hospitalization program including but not limited to conducting assessments, facilitating didactic and process groups, utilization review, treatment and discharge planning and documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree 


• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist, or Licensed Family Therapist (LFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)


• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required


• Minimum one (1) year experience working with psychiatric and/or chemical dependency patients
