Nabors Drilling Solutions is an oil and gas service company and a division of Nabors Drilling Technologies USA, Inc. Our workforce, like our technology, is rapidly expanding and looking for a qualified Asset Coordinator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a global standardized asset onboarding, maintenance and retirement/end of life process

• Ensure asset tracking system is utilized in order to maintain real-time asset inventories.

• Provide data and support to management to assist in decisions of making/buying capital assets

• Develop standard reports and key performance indicators to monitor life cycle and existence of the global assets

and provide periodic updates to management

• Manage AFE closure process by coordinating with Operations and Finance and creating new assets as required.

Then ensure assets are properly tagged and tracked.

• Provide technical support to end users of asset control system.

• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as required.

• Ensure assets are tagged and in compliance to corporate policy and update as necessary

• Report accuracy and utilization of end users.

• Responsible for the direction, training, and compliance of the end users.

• Coordinate and assist international operations teams with ensuring accurate information is reflected in the assets

system

• Gather documentation and coordinate approvals for equipment retirements / sales as approved by those

responsible on the equipment hierarchy.

• Act as project coordinator for ah hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years experience in administrative roles with some asset management duties

• Experience in asset and inventory control a plus.

• Knowledge of oilfield equipment and/or drilling rigs a plus.

• High School Diploma or higher

• Computer proficiency in current versions of Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively deal with problems under pressure.

• Ability to travel to various yards as needed.
