WHO YOU ARE
This position is an Baseline 9 Computer Technician and the candidate must have previous experience. This position will support Ashore Romania located in Deveselu, Romania. This effort supports the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Ashore and will be considered a Combat System (CS) Maintainer. CS Maintainers will provide overall technical support for the Weapon System equipment. The position will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance, unscheduled corrective maintenance and may install approved equipment modifications to the equipment depending upon complexity. The CS Maintainers will replace failed parts/components and are responsible for testing of the system following repair to ensure proper working order. Maintainers will support performance fault isolation procedures during routine and start-up operations and assist with the performance of required corrective actions. Scope also includes providing equipment/system check-out and verification recommendations/support to active duty personnel, training in equipment operation, testing and maintenance, meetings/presentations/briefings, interacting with customers, SMEs and managers and senior leadership. All CS Maintainers must be able to align, operate (in a maintenance capacity only), and shut down Combat Systems and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) equipment under their cognizance in accordance with Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) for those systems supported by CSOSS and/or relevant technical manual and preventive maintenance procedures. All maintenance and system alignments will be coordinated with the CSOOW.
The candidate will act as the technical SME including technical evaluations, assessments, equipment functional checks, technical assists, troubleshooting/test/analysis and equipment repair, part installation, operation, and maintenance for AWS display/network systems and equipment including peripheral, interfaced and support systems. The technician will perform maintenance including fault isolation, tests, and repair on assigned equipment at the organizational level using the operational Readiness Test System (ORTS) and supporting work package documentation.
They will also be responsible for Fire Control System (FCS), ORTS and 400Hz maintenance.

Basic Qualifications:
-Complete understanding and considerable experience with the maintenance and operation of USN Combat/Weapon Systems as a Computer Network Technician (ACNT).

-Excellent interpersonal skills (both for written and oral communications).

-Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

-Interim Secret clearance required prior to start.
Desired Skills:
- System test, assessment or certification experience; experience working with other MIL-SPEC and COTS equipment/systems. Familiarity and compliance with the Navy PMS (OPNAVINST 4790.4 series in effect as of November 2013), familiarity with legacy interfaces (e.g. Naval Tactical Data System, MIL-STD 1553).

- IAT level II certification to support privileged system administrator access to tactical AWS networks.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
