Diverse Learner Administrator | Illinois Institute of Technology - Military Veterans

General Description: The qualified candidate will be a friendly, flexible professional with a proven history of confidentiality and performance integrity. A minimum of 3-5 years work experience as a teacher, educational diagnostician or other educational professional to include supervision of 3 or more adults providing program or classroom direction, day to day management and performance review. The eligible applicant will have a minimum of a one year background of administering standardized assessments and their reports as well as the ability to explain in easily understood language what standardized assessments are, scores results and the components of the subtests. Coursework to include educational statistics, special education pedagogy, diverse learners and/or sociology. Working closely with the Project Manager and administrative staff, the Diverse Learner Administrator helps ensure the testing is conducted with a minimum of problems and complaints from students who take the test and their parents. With a great degree of autonomy that coincides with the position, flexibility and diligence are essential.
