The Work:
In this important Part-time role, the Configuration Manager has responsibility to:
- Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and
procedures
- Assist in the use of configuration management tools (e.g. DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and
manage configuration items
- Understand basic concepts, and assist in documenting hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures
- Implement hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures
- Understand basic concepts, assist in maintaining and developing the environment for hardware
and software product build, staging, testing and integration
- Assist in defining and implementing hardware and software configuration management
processes and procedures; such as creating product build scripts and procedures, and integrating those scripts with the hardware and software build process
- Utilize configuration management tools (e.g. DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items

The program performs the analysis, design, development, integration, test and deployment, securing, modernization, and operations and maintenance (O&M) and decommissioning activities of RF and optical capabilities for high-capacity (multi-channel) telecommunications networks.

Basic Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience as a Configuration Manager in programs and contracts.

- Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
