Location: Charlotte , North Carolina, United States (US) Hybrid Role
Nano is looking for a zealous Marketing Communication Assistant to support the Marketing department in its primary and administrative duties. This role is responsible for the drafting and editing of various communications material and assisting with implementation of communication strategies and projects

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Obtain data and text supplied by the Marketing Manager and Product Manager and create and edit all global marketing collateral such as (but not limited to) brochures, technical data sheets, price guides, and user guides using predetermined InDesign templates.
  • Set up InDesign files as print ready.
  • Edit and manipulate product images/projects in Photoshop for use in marketing collateral
  • Fulfillment, inventory management, and order of Marketing Collateral
  • Maintain and ship exhibition material.
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing Communications and Sales teams
  • Manage and update information in marketing databases.
  • Procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment of promotional items
  • Miscellaneous marketing administrative support
  • Communicate with global factory and customer support centers in USA, Canada, Mexico, Germany, United Kingdom, and Singapore
  • Work with nano digital communication specialist & graphic designer.
  • Ability to assume additional projects as needed (ie HubSpot Marketing Automation, C4C CRM and more)
  • Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with nano and Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
  • Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What we expect from you?

Requirements and Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role
  • 1-3 years general administrative support experience.
  • Associates degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent work experience; Bachelors in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) - Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Proficient in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (spelling/grammar) and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge or experience with photography a plus, but not required,
