University of California Irvine Unit 18 Lecturer - DNP OBGYN The Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing is currently accepting applications for temporary Unit 18 Lecturers (Non-Senate Faculty) to teach Primary Care Women's Health and Primary Care Obstetrics in the Doctor of Nursing Practice- Family Nurse Practitioner Program. These lecturer appointments will initially be made on a quarterly basis in the School of Nursing, with potential for continuing employment. Salary is commensurate with experience and at varying percentages of time, depending on the number and nature of courses assigned. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: The School is looking for dynamic and collaborative educators who have shown an established track record for developing high quality graduate-level curriculum designed for online, synchronous and asynchronous delivery. Candidates are required to have previous experience teaching these courses and/or similar courses in the University of California system and/or an equivalent education setting. The minimum requirements are a DNP or PhD in an applicable field with clinical experience appropriate to the course (women's health and/or obstetrics) and teaching experience at the college level.
