Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a product lead for enterprise systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements in EHS data capabilities. Join us in optimizing digital solutions and leading privacy efforts within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product lead for ePas and Cority, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing sustainment through planned roadmaps and collaboration with our digital partners.


  • Lead the EHS enterprise Business Intelligence (Qlik Sense) system GSE analytics tool, overseeing its strategic direction, optimization, and utilization . Identify opportunities to leverage the tool for data analysis and insights across the organization.


  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials for the systems managed. Continuously improve the system with cross-functional teams.


  • Streamline and automate EHS processes through the implementation of digital solutions.


  • Lead and participate in projects to develop and digitize EHS processes within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders, define project scope, manage timelines, and deliverables.


  • Collaborate with business teams, digital partners, and vendors to ensure successful system design, development, and adoption. Provide guidance throughout the implementation process.


  • Monitor system adoption and performance, seeking feedback to drive improvements and optimize functionality.


  • Lead community of practices to share insights and best practices on utilizing EHS global enterprise tools effectively. Encourage knowledge sharing among EHS professionals.


  • Identify and build critical metrics dashboards to track the overall health of our GSE programs. Develop visualizations and reports for actionable insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, or related technical discipline.


  • 5+ years of progressive EHS experience.


  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global, multi-functional team environment.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Experience with implementing EHS system solutions.


  • Direct experience implementing and sustaining EHS programs.


  • Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives.


  • Ability to influence both horizontally and vertically in an organization.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business data analysis tools.


  • Strong interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to prioritize based on customer needs and business goals.


Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Direct experience managing a site or corporate-level EHS program.


  • Experience with building and/or maintaining a digital solution.


  • Familiarity with Cority, Qlik Sense, ePas , Enablon.
