Job Description Role Overview Join our dynamic team at Memorial Sloan Kettering as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) on the inpatient Breast Medicine Team. You will collaborate with our breast medical oncologists to manage treatment-related side effects along with overall symptom management. You will be joining a dynamic team of over 900 dedicated NPs and PAs committed to delivering compassionate, expert, and comprehensive cancer care. Key Qualifications Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility) A Minimum of 2+ years of clinical RN with inpatient medical oncology experience required Related National NP certification BLS/ ACLS certification OR Graduate from an accredited PA program A minimum of 0-1+ years of experience as an experienced PA in medical oncology preferred NCCPA certification Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure BLS/ACLS certification Core Skills: Collaborate effectively with multiple physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care. Implement patient education and clinical support programs to provide optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum. Make timely and impactful decisions that drive organizational progress and meet the needs of multiple team members. Communicate effectively and relate comfortably with diverse groups of people, adapting in real time to shifting demands and situations.
