The Global Creative Strategy Partner will be responsible primarily for the creative solutions revenue across global clients based in the UK, NL, DE, Nordics and the ME. You will work closely with all relevant business units to create impactful solutions that meet our clients' objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Leading the thinking and delivery of insightful and creative responses to in-bound content RFPs.
  • Proactively developing custom creative solutions for potential clients.
  • Using new and existing research to showcase the impact our brands can have for global clients.
  • Staying abreast of the marketplace competition and digital innovations and share that knowledge with the team.
  • Cultivating senior agency relationships to ensure Hearst is front-of-mind across planning, partnerships and creative solutions.
  • Working hand-in-hand with the Hearst Global Solutions team to provide excellent levels of customer service for our clients.
  • Being an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values.
  • Reporting to the Lead Creative Strategy Partner.

ABOUT YOU
  • Relevant creative solutions experience and expertise
  • A strong understanding of how to execute cross platform solutions
  • A strong understanding of digital solutions
  • Dynamic creative solutions ideator and accomplished sales individual
  • Ability to build compelling creative solution decks answering briefs based on insight and brilliant ideas
  • Proven record of team management and strong culture builder
  • Exemplary presentation and sales skills
  • Ability to forge positive working relationships with senior internal Hearst stakeholders
  • Able to work collaboratively with all divisions within hub and across Hearst-wide structure
