The purpose of this position is to provide on-going support for existing systems and to analyze, make recommendations and implement technology-based solutions. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field. Master's degree preferred. Five (5) years of experience supporting finance modules in an EPR system, preferably in a higher education environment. Coordinate modifications, testing, implementation and maintenance of the automated financial management systems Analyze, troubleshoot and provide recommendations to software system and business process related issues. Train finance staff in proper utilization of the automated financial management system, including finance, payroll, position control, accounts receivable, and self-service modules. Produce and maintain user documentation. Provide ad hoc reporting out of financial management system.
