Regional Operations Manager - Quincy Compressor - Charlotte, NC - Military Veterans

We are looking for a CTS Regional Operations Manager to join our Service Team on our journey for a better tomorrow.

Your role

This position will play a key role in planning and executing the strategic direction of the CTS business in the East region. You will be responsible for managing the dynamic world of CTS operations, striving to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, increase collaboration and create synergies between the various regional teams. You will be responsible to establish key action plans to drive operational excellence, keep variance under control and increase utilization while conducting capacity planning for future business growth.

The ability to drive successful CTS performance in your region will depend on your ability to manage and lead the service team, including technicians, service managers, planning and administration functions; collaborate with the sales team in the region; drive service excellence through process, procedures and close follow-up of the key operational KPIs and their drivers.


  • You will implement strategic plans to drive and exceed establish goals.

  • You will provide leadership and supervision of Service Managers in the region.

  • You will manage and develop regional service team into a modern, professional and cost efficient business unit with customer focus.

  • You will oversee the regional service team, taking actions to improve operational performance and efficiency both in short and long term.

  • You will work in tandem with Service Managers, Planners and Sales to have a fluid cradle to grave process in service management, maintaining WIP under control.

  • You will facilitate the toolbox meeting process involving stakeholders from all areas in the organization, driving safety and increasing competence levels.

  • You will prepare and implement training plans supported by the Technical Support team in Bay Minette.

  • You will implement an effective installed base management process to safeguard the data quality in BPCS and Salesforce.com.

  • You will ensure proper ServicePlan management through standard tools and in alignment with the strategy set by the Central Team in Bay Minette.

  • You will monitor compliance with internal rules, specifically ensuring alignment of all regional service operations to other regional and national service operations.

  • You will enhance CTS division and Quincy reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement Quincy's core values.
