Business Systems Analyst - Senior - TS/SCI required

HOW AN BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Guides and advises less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of business systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of experience
• Required Skillset:
  • Ability to perform a variety of analytical tasks, which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment to provide mission support
  • Able to troubleshoot and provide support and solutions to users
  • Provide guidance to users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches
  • Able to communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
• Clearance Level: TS/SCI
• Required Certification(s):
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
  • IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent
• Location: On Customer Site
• Additional:
  • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract
  • Position may require lifting of objects (i.e. IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e. plug in cables) and other moderately strenuous activity
  • Travel may be required to support the mission

The likely salary range for this position is $152,729 - $206,633. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
