Job Summary:
Austin Heart is currently seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our wonderful team in La Grange, TX.Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified ACNP, FNP or PA
- Willing to relocate to La Grange, Bastrop or Giddings, TX
- Working with one general cardiologist
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Outpatient only clinic
- No Call
- Licensed in the state of Texas

- Heart Hospital of Austin, which is part of St. David’s HealthCare, is a 72-bed hospital and one of the highest-performing cardiovascular facilities in the nation, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
- It features a comprehensive 24-hour emergency department; an advanced Executive Wellness Program; six operating rooms (ORs), including three hybrid ORs; three catheterization labs; and electrophysiology services.
La Grange, this friendly town, which sits on the bank of the Colorado River among dense forests and undulating hills, is both lively and scenic. La Grange’s central location, within an hour and a half of Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, makes it easily accessible to most major cities in Texas.
