2024-25 Lecturer/Teaching Specialist: Department of Economics - Military Veterans

at HERC- Upper MidWest

The Department of Economics in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota occasionally needs lecturers to teach courses that cannot be staffed by regular faculty or graduate students. Openings of this kind sometimes occur for teaching evening courses as well as day courses. The courses include introductory and survey courses, as well as upper-division courses. Courses to be taught depend on the department's teaching needs. These positions are temporary and part time.

This does not constitute a posting for vacancies, but establishes a pool of applicants should openings occur during the 2024/25 academic year. Applicants will be selected from this pool on an as-needed basis during the academic year. Appointments may be renewable based on need, funding, and performance.
