Job Description: Coordinates and evaluates EICC career services for all students across the district working within a Guided Pathways model. The coordinator works closely with business and industry partners to provide career opportunities for students. This position will provide career coaching for students and training in career coaching for colleagues. Additionally, this position will provide classroom presentations and workshops across the district. Regular travel to other campuses and businesses will be expected. Work location : Scott Community College Required Qualification: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred. At least two years of student services experience in an educational setting. Career services or advising experience is preferred.
