Campbell Tractor & Implement - Store Administrator - Military Veterans

- Pay $18 - $22 / hour
Responsibilities:
o Receives visitors and telephone calls as needed ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership
o Balances cash receipts daily
o Records John Deere accounts payable and accounts receivable entries on a daily and monthly basis
o Reviews purchase orders ensuring information is accurate and submits supporting paperwork to the Accounting Department
o Distributes mail and maintains dealership files
o Provides administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at that location
o Order office supplies for the store location
o Scan accounts payable invoices to Nampa accounts payable email
o Assists service department with time keeping
o Develops and assists in implementing standardized warranty claim processes
o Manages and processes parts and service warranty claims.
o Understands warranty regulations and is able to provide consultation and training to service managers, techs, and parts employees on the proper way to proceed with a warranty situation
o Communicates with department managers and service writers about warranty status on a regular basis
o May participate in Service EDUCATE training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
