Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of Jira Service Manager(JSM)/Confluence sites and design/development of all content
- Provide design and development services, as well as serve as system administrator for JSM Portal and Confluence sites to maximize utilization and utility while providing a positive and fulfilling user experience.
- Design the Jira Service Manager Portal page, as well as the Confluence site.
- Monitor, respond, and incorporate changes based on comment feedback in Confluence from users
- The portal page and site are already well-established but require constant maintenance and redesign to present new information in a manner that is relevant and engaging to users.
- Serve as an administrator of Jira Service Manager and Confluence pages and run scrum meetings as requested by the Government.
- Monitor content for relevance and impact and edit or delete expired content or content that is no longer relevant.
- Collect and report on metrics that describe escalation actions (to include number of escalations per agent, reason for escalation, and other data points).
- Active Top-Secret security clearance
- At least five years of design and development work in Jira Service Manager(JSM)/Confluence, or relevant associated areas
- Scrum certification is required within 90 days of the start of the period of performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
