JOB SUMMARY

The Painter is responsible for painting facilities and structures of the NCH Healthcare System.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Other duties may be assigned.

• Paints parking lots and sidewalk curbing.

• Paints safety stripes on crosswalks and sidewalks.

• Remove rust, primes and paints handrails.

• Paints concrete floors in CEP and machine rooms.

• Paints exterior doors and door frames.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of High School or GED required.

• 1 year minimum preferred in a painting and/or building maintenance role.

• Basic computer knowledge: ability to operate a PC, create/save/print documents, input data
