Position Specific Description

• Looking for Candidate to support busy state utility regulatory practice.
  
  
  • Must be willing to provide support for multiple attorneys.
  
  
  • Experience as paralegal preferred but not required. (Certification not required)
  
  
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have overall good computer skills.
  
  
  
  

• Responsibilities will include:
  
  
  • Assist with preparing and filing documents.
  
  
  • Assist with internal case management and organization.
  
  
  • Time entry, expense reports, and travel arrangements for attorneys.
  
  
  • Answering calls and scheduling meetings for attorneys.
  
  
  • Other general administrative duties.
  
  
  
  

Candidate must be willing to work in Juno Beach, with some flexibility for remote work.

Under supervision:

• Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems


• Audits and processes invoices in accordance with accounts payable procedures


• Interacts with all levels of employees as needed to perform responsibilities


• Works on special projects as requested


• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Experience: 5+ years
