The Role:
The position is in charge of the management to import process, transportation of domestic's delivery and support the daily logistics operation needed. He/She will be fully compliance to SOP in ETQ, import control, local customs and trade regulations requirements.
The successful candidate is expected to operate within Entegris policy and execute within KPI in shipping and logistics function also practice Entegris business ethnic, PACE values and SOX404 requirements.
In this role you will:
Follow the policy and trade flow for shipments arrangement for STO and SO between plant and HUB then to DC or the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Logistics Goal - OTS and DPPM
2. Import shipments arrangement
2. Temperature upload and check
3. Domestics delivery ( including ASN)
4. Shipping documents check and filing. ( Including POD)
5. Bonded activities support
6. Logistics operation support needed
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Possess 2-3 years experiences in the related field.
1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
2. Knowledgeable for Export & Import regulations, compliance requirements, experience of Customs clearance is a plus.
3. Knowledgeable for international trade flow, multilateral trade flow and global forwarder at air and ocean will be a plus.
4. Well-communicated skill , flexible and teamwork thinking .
5. Good in Microsoft Office and SAP user will be an advantage.
6. Communicate effectively in English is a plus .
Your success will be measured by:
1. OTS and DPPM goal
2. E x e cute logistics activities based on SOP and ETQ documents at KSP.
3. Open orders check and update late code accuracy in time.
4. Temperature OOS report
5. Monthly end checking to orders.
