Electrical Qualification Agent - Michigan - Military Veterans
at Cummins Inc
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking Electrical Inspectors/Quality Agents to join our expanding startups across the US. As an inspector, your role will primarily involve ensuring that jobsites and projects adhere to proper safety protocols, with a more hands-off approach. Our startups focus on power generators, ranging from industrial to commercial applications. Experience with various kilowatt size generators is essential due to the diverse applications you'll encounter. Responsibilities include loadbanking, proper use and installation of automatic transfer switches and parallels, and obtaining the correct permits per county and state regulations.
Some startups will also involve supporting and installing EV charging stations, primarily Level 3 chargers. Cummins will provide reciprocity for any state licenses you do not currently hold and will offer annual or routine training to keep your license current.
