As a Division Order Analyst - Oil, Gas, and Minerals within PNC's AMG Trust Real Estate/Oil & Gas Division, you will be based in our Dallas or Houston, TX office.

Your job duties will include:

* Maintain accurate and complete ownership records, which includes
obtaining applicable legal documentation.
* Review, interpret and processes complex title documentation such as title
opinions, assignments, operating agreements, deeds, probate, and other
legal documents to determine appropriate ownership.
* Review division orders to ensure accurate payment of monthly royalty
payments.
* Review and resolve problems associated with ownership issues.
* Set up and take down of assets.
* Account related paperwork.
* Interact with other colleagues and partners within the Asset Management
Group business units regarding clients owning oil, gas, and mineral
interests.
* Assists in any division of interest related projects or reporting required for
business purposes.

The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.Job Description

  • Provides management and analysis of fiduciary, investment and operational processes surrounding special asset valuations and asset set up and movement. When a fiduciary analyst has an issue or question pertaining to a special asset they will reach out to this group.

  • Analyzes complex documentation including subscription agreements, operating agreements, management letters, annual reports, and financial statements to ensure proper documentation, valuation, and treatment of special assets to conform with regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Provides consultation, direction and advice to internal and external customers & service providers related to special assets. Reviews existing processes and drives improvements/implementation. Updates standard operating procedures and ensures non-standard processing is in accordance with AMG's risk appetite. Participates in and serves as subject matter resource for projects.

  • Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities and ensures all activities comply with regulatory and policy and procedure requirements.

  • Executes complex transactions/processes utilizing standard proceduresand at times addresses unique situations and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable procedures.
