Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Solution Architect/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based at our manufacturing plant s in Taiwan , ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with business requirements and manufacturing processes. The individual will report to the central IT Enterprise Business Systems team and will play a critical role in optimizing our SAP landscape to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Solution Architecture & Design:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements and improve manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with central IT SAP COE to ensure consistency and integration with global SAP standards and practices.
- Provide architectural guidance to the site and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements within the manufacturing plant s .
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for SAP enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Work closely with plant operations and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Ensure proper change management and user training for new SAP functionalities and updates.
- Act as the liaison between the manufacturing plant and central IT and functional COE Teams .
- Ensure robust integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SAP initiatives and projects.
- Provide onsite support and training as needed
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP solution architecture and business analysis.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation and support within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP modules such as PP, MM, QM, PM, and integration with FI/CO.
