Job Duties:
- Works in a fast pace administrative environment.
- Follows established operating procedure in responding to citizen complaints via phone, email and or traditional mail
- Directs correspondence to correct section and or government agency.
- Updates data from citizen complaints.
- Maintains complaint line statics such as number of calls and number issues based on Civil Rights mandates.
- Verifies statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Compiles information on non-governmental agencies.
- Conducts database searches.
- May assist with general office administrative task and filing.
- Chooses among widely varying methods and procedures to process transaction
- Selects or devise steps necessary to complete projects/assignments.
Qualifications:
- Three years of experience on litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
- Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
- Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including Windows office products specifically Word and Excel, internet and server-based databases.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Hybrid work environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location
