BE PART OF THE CONNECTION: 

 

You maintain ongoing compliance and operationalization of sales contract compliance activities through the pre- and post-sales process. You guide a team of dedicated sales support professionals using decisive leadership and in-depth knowledge of RFPs, RFIs, E-rate, Federal bids and task orders. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

  

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE: 

 


  • Lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of contract compliance policies and procedures. 

  • Analyze proposals, new and existing contracts and new service orders to ensure compliance, insulation from business risks and the operationalization of business practices and deliverables.  

  • Partner with internal teams to understand the implication of contractual requirements and any contract modification or non-standard terms and conditions. 


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government CO and Contracting COR. 

  • Assist in the identification, analysis and resolution of compliance deadlines, deliverables and issues. 


WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE  

 

Required qualifications: 

 


  • Experience: Seven or more years of corporate contract compliance experience; Ten or more years of telecommunications industry experience; Experience leading GSA schedule audits and developing corrective action plans. 


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, contract management, a related field or equivalent experience. 
    Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory landscape; Knowledge of GSA and DITCO procurement vehicles; Familiar with government contract types, applications and acquisition procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office. 


  • Skills: Prioritization, organizational, analytical, critical thinking and English communication skills. 


  • Abilities: Ability to influence stakeholders and build a consensus. 

 

Preferred qualifications: 

 

  • APMP, PMP, ITIL or LSS certification. 
  • Federal Acquisition Certification.
