The work schedule: Monday - Thursday with two days 8 am - 5 pm & two late days being 8:30 am - 7:30 pm EST. Then 8 am - 12 pm EST on Friday

Pay Rate: 45,000 - 50,000 annually - Hourly Nonexempt plus bonus opportunity of $16,000 minimum a year based on production

We are eligible to hire in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA and WI

What you will be doing:

• Provide information and assistance about career development, career search and careers


• Interview new students to obtain employment history, education, and assist with career goals


• Identify barriers to employment


• Maintain ongoing communications with students and graduates


• Assist students with job readiness skills and with job search strategies


• Maintain student records through the campus database (Salesforce)


• Develop and maintain relationships with employers through frequent communication and networking


• Solicit and follow up on job orders from employers


• Counsel and advise students and graduates regarding professional development and career success strategies


• Provide graduates with job leads and track information in the campus database


• Oversee job postings, registrations, and applications on job placement website


• Follow up bi-weekly with non-placed graduates and assist where needed


• Maintain database of employer contacts and placement status of students


• Keep student portal/share point sites updated with announcements, links, and other employment-related documents


• Comply and report placement statistics as required by state, accrediting, and federal agencies


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications needed:

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.


• Salesforce experience is a plus


• Knowledge of IT certifications a plus


• Experience in recruiting, career services and/or sales environment


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
