HVAC O&M Mech Foreman Svc (un) - Military Veterans

What you will do

The Mechanic Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years' actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire and /or mechanical equipment service industry.

How you will do it

Interaction with customers, ability and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs, scheduling, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate and tech savvy and have the ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work. This is a Bargaining Unit position.

What we look for

Required

Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License.
5+ years of residential/light commercial/commercial HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
