Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will consistently communicate in high level detail with Government leadership on program planning and for the overall THAAD program schedule to include major milestones, activities, events, deliveries, and integration points.

      What You'll Be Doing:


      • Support the THAAD Program Management & Integration Directorate with tasks related to design, production, fielding, & sustainment of THAAD batteries


      • Routinely interface with other MDA Systems Engineering activities and/or Product Offices, Prime Contractor systems engineering staff, and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) as required


      • Obtain & review information from the prime contractor as requested by the Government customer


      • Facilitate Government IPTs and functional areas as requested


      • Participate & provide input to teleconferences as directed by the Government customer (e.g. weekly staff meetings, and other regularly scheduled meetings with other MDA Product Offices, prime contractor, and its subs)


      What Required Skills You'll Bring:


      •  Active Secret Clearance and ability to maintain one


      • MS/MA with 12+ years’ experience or BS/BA with 20+ years’ experience


      • Prior MDA experience


      • Understanding and application of sound engineering and analysis principles related to component design, interoperability, technology protection, and risk mitigation


      • Proficient with program and schedule management tools (e.g. MS Project)


      •  Ability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel


      • Must be able to work within a collaborative environment composed of Military, Government Civilian, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supporting Contractor personnel


      • Strong communications skills and detail oriented


      • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook (e-mail and calendar)


      What Desired Skills You'll Bring:


      • Experience with Agile processes within DoD Agencies and/or Services


      • Prior work experience in a Service or DoD Agency-level Program Office


      • THAAD Weapon System experience and knowledge​


      • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Office experience

                Salary Range: 

                $104,200.00 - $182,400.00
