Responsibilities

The Successful ­­­­­­­­­­­­­Candidate Will...


  • Assuming leadership of an entire region upon completion of training

  • Managing, directing and organizing multiple Branch offices to ensure effective sales, quality service delivery, revenue attainment and profitability growth by analyzing each individual operation and mutually establishing priorities

  • Assuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations

  • Ensuring accountability for and compliance with the policies and procedures for all Company vehicles within the Region

  • Recruiting, hiring, mentoring, evaluating and coaching Branch Managers and other key leaders throughout the Region

  • Driving sales initiatives and results for all Branches throughout the Region

  • Identifying best practices, cost savings and improved customer service initiatives

  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership and Human Resources on key hiring, promotional opportunities, succession planning, performance improvement and termination decisions

  • Promoting positive employee relations including fostering high morale and upholding company operating standards

  • Maintaining technical industry knowledge and expertise in pest, termite, sales and Operational Management 

  • Willingness to travel in the field for branch office visits 80% of the time

  • Ability to relocate within the division geography required

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)

  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

  • 5-7 years: multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company

  • 5-7 years: P&L responsibility experience and an acute understanding of expense control strategies

  • 5-7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience

  • 5-7 years: Experience with P&L management and business processes

  • 5-7 years: Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company

  • 5-7 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth

  • 5-7 years: Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training

 

Preferred:


  • 2-5 years: Experience in a service industry or recurring revenue business

  • 2-5 years: Sales experience and/or sales management experience

 

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:


  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
