Industrial Electrician - Military Veterans

This company is looking for Industrial Electricians. For this position they will need candidates with strong hands-on electrical experience as you will install, troubleshoot and repair high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems, sensors, AC/DC motors, starters and drives, and PLC hardware and programming. You will also need to have basic mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.

They will have an outlined training program in place, starting with a safety training program, as safety is something they take very seriously, most training will be OJT, but they need candidates with a strong electrical base. The candidate must have knowledge of OHM's Law and Kirchoff's current/voltage laws, and a basic understanding of solid-state devices, and so on.

You must be open to shift work, they work the Dupont shift. The DuPont 12-hour rotating shift schedule uses 4 teams (crews) and 2 twelve-hour shifts to provide 24/7 coverage. It consists of a 4-week cycle where each team works 4 consecutive night shifts, followed by 3 days off duty, works 3 consecutive day shifts, followed by 1 day off duty, works 3 consecutive night shifts, followed by 3 days off duty, work 4 consecutive day shift, then have 7 consecutive days off duty. You will work an average of 42 hours per week.

Base salary, $90 - $95K, with a production bonus. A great benefits package is offered.
