Perform general grounds maintenance to include trash pick-up, new landscaping, irrigation installation, edging, pruning, mowing and general manicuring of all campus properties and lot maintenance. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Some grounds maintenance experience Valid NC Driver License Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience: High school graduate with planning, mowing or landscape/labor experience.
