The Quick Service Team Lead will provide guidance and supervision within one of Abel Dining's mobile order quick service concepts. to ensure that orders are accurate, timely and up to the high standards of the University Dining Services. The Quick Service Team Lead will: Provide outstanding customer service. Ensure that food quality meets and/or exceeds University Dining's and franchise standards. Assign daily tasks and assignments to student workers and staff during their shift. Oversee work in kitchen, dish room, and/or dining area Train student workers and staff on recipes, production processes, and University dining standards. Perform all tasks in all areas/functions, such as; setting up, closing down stations, food production, restocking, daily food prep, cashiering, taking inventory food waste management, cleaning and monitoring food quality. This position will also work directly with customers and will troubleshoot and solve concerns as they arise. This position is considered essential and have weekend and evening shifts. Minimum Required Qualifications: High School Diploma plus three years of food preparation experience and mastery of all dining/kitchen tasks and attributes. Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Must have the demonstrated ability to train and lead others. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required. Preferred Qualifications: Flexibility, ability to communicate and being a team player preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Posted Salary: $18.00/hr Job Type: Full-Time
