About the role

The Operational Communication Analyst supports processes and activities with direct impact on the Customer's Experience during their credit life cycle. This position will be responsible of executing communication campaigns that will be send to our customers. After execution, the Operational Communication Analyst will develop and perform analysis from the different campaign results to propose to the Leadership Team; adjustments or changes to the daily strategies aiming to implement additional success measurement as well as improve content, success rate and expenditure efficiency. When applicable; propose to upper management automation opportunities.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, business, marketing, communication, or related fields.
  • Spanish & English fluent (Both written and verbal).
  • Working experience in Customer Service/Communication/Marketing/Publicity/Banking or related activities
  • Customer service values / orientation.
  • Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. (Proficiency in Excel knowledge / HTML knowledge desirable / Power BI).
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Data management and reporting Driven.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Dynamic and Proactive

What you will be doing

  • Execute and ensure compliance with current communication strategies defined for operational areas.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Perform analysis of executed campaigns and share results to Supervisor, Manager, and upper levels as required under defined frequency.
  • Support operational areas with communications to be send to customers.
  • Comply with all requirements needed to execute a communication campaign (Legal, Compliance and other approvals as needed)
  • Keep communication inventory updated and escalate any inconsistencies if identified.
  • Responsible of BPMS processes related to Operational Communication.
  • Responsible to validate campaigns completion and record tracking for future use.
  • Responsible for validating and confirm volume of services used (SMS, Emails sent, etc.) for vendor invoicing purposes and escalate for approval purposes as needed.
  • Responsible of user control allowed to use the communication platform and communicate accordingly.
  • As needed, support related activities
