Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Military Veterans

Must have E- Discovery experience! Duties and Responsibilities: · Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as deficiency letters, discovery requests, interrogatories, requests to produce, subpoenas, and privilege logs. · Assist attorneys in managing caseloads, including organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case calendars. · Correspond with clients, expert witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel. · Coordinate receipt of subpoenaed documents and requests for additional documents. · Coordinate and manage eDiscovery projects and software. · Assist attorneys in preparing for trial by organizing trial exhibits, coordinating with expert witnesses, and preparing trial binders and other materials. · Assist in preparation for depositions, hearings, and mediations. · Perform background investigations on opposing parties. 2 · Record and maintaining judgement liens. · Respond to records subpoenas. · Manage registered agent services for clients. · Retrieve case law, statutes, regulations, and other relevant legal materials to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy. · Track and submit billable and administrative hours and client expenses in a timely and accurate manner. · Stay informed about developments in paralegal best practices by attending relevant training sessions and pursuing continuing education opportunities to maintain proficiency in the field. · Other billable and non-billable projects and general administrative duties, as assigned by supervisors.
