Program Coordinator I | University of Idaho - Military Veterans

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day operations support to team members throughout the planning, implementation, and delivery of programs and may serve as the unit's first point of contact. Duties may include: Serving as primary contact with program participants, customer service, and office support functions Facilitating communication between program participants and managerial staff Coordinating arrangements for the program, such as meetings, conferences, and banquets Collecting, compiling, and summarizing program data and managing records Maintaining program calendars and schedules May utilize University programs to create, review, and approval financial documents and to provide routine financial reports to the program administrator Other duties as assigned
