UP Part-time Professional Tutor (Radiologic Technology) The tutor will provide in-person and/or online tutoring services to Radiologic Technology students including subject matter in radiologic technology and mathematical concepts in radiologic technology. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide subject tutoring in Radiologic Technology subject matter and mathematical concepts in radiologic technology Provide one-on-one and group tutoring Coordinate with Radiologic Technology faculty on subject matter as needed Maintain required digital and paper tutoring records Perform other duties as assigned THIS POOL IS VALID THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024. Job Requirements: Associate's degree or certification in Radiologic Technology Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching or tutoring in a radiologic technology program Knowledge of mathematical concepts and functions in radiologic technology Additional Information: Position Status: Part-time, Non-benefited Massachusetts Community College Council (MCCC) union position. This position is subject to grant funding (Perkins Grant) and is contingent upon availability of funds. Hours: Vary, not to exceed 936 hours annually. Semeste r: Spring 2023, Fall 2023, Spring 2024 Salary: $30.03 Hourly Schedule : Tutoring hours are based on demand for services, compatibility of schedules, and staffing needs. Tutors are scheduled on a semester-by-semester basis. Worksite: Assignments will include all Massasoit sites.
