The Alakaina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for Military Operations Research Support to support our government customer located in Silver Spring, MD . DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine and specialized procedures to monitor exposures of personnel to overpressure and associated tactical insults in a variety of training environments, which include ambient and individualized pressure recordings across a complete range of frequencies under a variety of environmental conditions. Evaluate the effects of exposures among humans to include auditory assessments, neurocognitive assessments, behavioral assessments, physiological function assessments, and performance assessments. Assessments shall also include individual history information and shall require in-person professional communication and interaction with research volunteers who speak North American English. Assessments may include phlebotomy and biospecimen management if proper training is completed. Data collection may include early or late, overnight, and/or weekend shifts as well as multiday TDY visits to military training sites. REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE: Must be U.S. Citizen.
