CVS Health invites you to join our 2024 Finance Externship experience this fall!

As a Finance Extern at CVS Health, you will get an introduction to corporate finance and accounting at a Fortune 10 company (whose CEO was named Fortune's Most Powerful Woman in Business globally).

We will be hosting two, 9-session virtual programs this fall. The first session will start on September 16th, 2024, and run through October 2nd, 2024. The second session will start on October 28th, 2024, and run through November 13th, 2024.

The externship program will comprise of three virtual, 1.5hr sessions (3:00PM-4:30PM EST) Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays for three weeks.

During our 9-session externship, you will develop your analytical toolkit with Excel training, build your PowerPoint presentation skills, hear from experienced CVS Health leaders, get paired with a mentor, and enhance your communication skills.

You will work with data to create a mock budgeting presentation to business leaders.


Following the program, you will have early access to apply and interview for a position in our 2026 Corporate Finance Summer Internship program. This internship program is a paid opportunity intended to take place during the summer of 2026 following a hybrid work model at the following office locations: Cumberland, RI (Headquarters); Hartford, CT (Headquarters); Blue Bell, PA; Atlanta, GA; Northbrook, IL; Richardson, TX; Wellesley, MA.


This externship program is an unpaid experience. The pay range listed below is applicable to our internship roles only.

Timeline of sessions:

o First session students: 9/16/2024-10/2/2024

o Second session students: 10/28/2024-11/13/2024

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Education:

â You should be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
â Have a graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
â Have a planned major, minor or concentration relevant to the position. Examples include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative majors.
