Inside Sales Coordinator - Military Veterans

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Specify what actual and essential job duties this position will be performing.
Receive all rental calls from customers.
Communicate with sales team with customer orders.
Create & return rental orders in ERP system as well as upload all documentation into computer system.
Ship and receive all rental equipment daily.
Procure and sell parts when needed.
Assist with quoting customers.
Assist with keeping track of daily equipment tracking spreadsheet.
Assist with tracking all rental activity for weekly revenue sheet for P&L.
Make sure equipment has all certifications needed to meet customer requirements before shipping. After hour rental call which includes taking rental orders, dispatching technicians, parts sales, and shipping/receiving duties.
