The Department of History Political Science and International Studies at Manhattan College seeks adjunct faculty to teach courses this fall and spring. Courses for which we seek instructors Fall 2024: Comparative Politics African American History United States History through 1876 Other American history courses Spring 2025: Constitutional Law Courses in American History Urban Politics Responsibilities: Adjunct will be expected to prepare syllabus for the course, teach the course during the agreed upon schedule, submit grades on time and otherwise comply with related requests from the chair. Qualifications: Successful applicant will have at least a master's degree and ideally a doctorate in the appropriate discipline. Salary Range: Instructor $1477.28 per credit Assistant Professor $1526.25 per credit Associate Professor $1575.65 per credit Professor $1625.04 per credit Manhattan College is an independent Catholic coeducational institution in the Lasallian tradition.
