Production Worker - Military Veterans

As a Production Worker here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in the production process to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of products. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Baton Rouge, Louisiana location.
In this role, you will impact the production process and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
